2. Reservations

A submitted reservation request does not constitute a confirmed booking. The reservation is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation from us via email or phone.

3. Prices

Prices listed on the website are indicative and may change. The final price is confirmed upon reservation confirmation.

4. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified upon reservation confirmation.

6. Liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the site, but we are not liable for technical errors or inaccuracies.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
